I had a lovely day on Feb 7th, National Libraries Day. I had been invited by our lovely Children’s Library in Newport, The Lord Louis, to come and share my latest book The House on Hare Hill.
We made bunny ears first and then sat down to listen to the story.
It had snowed during the week, so the children were very keen to talk about what they did in the snow – even though it only just covered the grass in Newport. We just about managed to make a tiny snowman in our back garden.
Well done to all the children who made some very creative and inventive bunny ears! And look out for hares – now is a perfect time of year to see them.
